Brentwood Republican Marsha Blackburn says it’s essential to drill for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve.
Blackburn just got back from a three-day tour of ANWR. The Congresswoman says she found a desolate landscape, not a “pristine wilderness teeming with wildlife.” Blackburn says opening drilling could create 750-thousand jobs and energy security, even if it’s only done in a relatively small portion of the area.
