As the most respected Austin Powers might say....Yeah Baby!
With a twinkle in her eye, a mischievous grin on her face and wearing the new political feminine chic; Governor Sarah Palin introduced herself to her critics and supporters by slamming those that mocked her values, convictions and experience.
Palin did not run away from her flyover country values, rather she linked herself to most of middle America who have been held in such contempt by the Beltway Buds and MSM.
A optimistic populist appeal that will draw men and women to what might soon be HER GOP.
Palin has energized the conservative base in less than a week, cementing them to the McCain candidacy like no one believed possible. The reaction of the opposition to this VP choice, has shown MCCain's pick to be right on target.
Have no doubt that she will be tested in the coming weeks with tough questions that she will need a mulligan to correct AND there will be drippings of news and allegations from Alaska which will dink and dent her shining armor.
She will come through it and be the better political player and spokesperson.
I do not believe I am overstating her future when I say that last night Sarah Palin has laid the chief cornerstone for a new and revived American conservative movement for the next decade AND she may have just become their entrusted Banner Carrier.
Greeted by thunderous applause, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin presented herself to the Republican National Convention on Wednesday, and millions of Americans watching from home. More
